To resolve the issue, please follow these steps: Download the zip file Engagi plugin (if already downloaded, you can skip this step). After downloading, extract the file from it. Right-click on the zip file. Open Google Chrome and type chrome://extensions in the address bar. Enable Developer Mode (toggle located in the top right corner). Click Load Unpacked and select the folder where you extracted the file. You should now see the Engagi AI extension added to your browser. You can also verify this by checking the list of installed extensions. Note from customer: Note that Chrome://extensions did not work with a sub-folder!! I had to copy the unzipped files into a top folder I named ‘ENGAGIPLUGIN’ for it to work.

Engagi PRO and Elite work with all major social media platforms. You can find the Engagi icon in the comment sections of LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Threads, and YouTube. You can access the icon from the global list in the extension for other platforms. Pin the Engagi icon from your extension list, and whenever you want to use it, just click on the icon. Please note that Engagi is a Chrome extension and cannot be installed on mobile devices.

All Engagi PRO sub-users will consistently receive 50,000 credits upon activation. This is a standardized amount, and we have no plans to reduce it over time. If any changes occur in the future, we will notify users well in advance to ensure transparency.

The number of posts or words that can be generated with 1,000 credits depends on the AI model being used. Different models have varying costs per generation. However, the system is designed to be efficient, ensuring that sub-users get excellent value without paying $1 per post.
